FINANCIAL LITERACY - Understanding The Stock Market

by M Jvlian Simmons

Finally, the stock market, explained!

Intimidating the general public, and eluding true understanding for generations, the stock market today is more accessible and approachable to "Joe & Joanna Public" than ever before!

NYSE trading floor in the early 20th Century

Essentially, the stock market is a market full of companies that you can buy pieces (or shares) of for a low(er) price, and then sell for high(er) prices, anywhere from a moment, to days, to weeks, to months, to even years later, according to market activity, strategic timing, and a good plan of action.

In order to do this, you must first choose a broker/brokerage firm (same difference) that you may execute your orders through.

You'd used to have to call a broker live on the trading floor, but now, most have apps and/or websites, are free to download, and have low-to-no commission fees to pay, per trade.

Now, you can do it all by phone, with no middle men.
Often feared as "too risky" and "basically gambling" by the uninitiated, its mystique remains intact without much question from the only marginally curious, when in fact, the market has also been described as just as predictable, dependable, and a sound method of growing one's wealth if you know the rules of the industry, the tools of the trade, have a good grip on your emotions, and understand risk management.
Learn to trade with confidence!

Whereas any bank offers an average of 0-3% growth on your savings, and basic securities (CDs, Mutual Funds, etc.) offer 3-6% growth, depositing one's funds into a sound brokerage firm (i.e., Charles Schwab, TD Ameritrade, Webull, Robinhood, NADEX, etc.) not only gives a base of 6% growth, but also allows more aggressive gains through trading and investing through their complimentary trading platform, "paper trading" simulation modes for practice, and technical analysis tools for interpreting market activity.

Over the years, I've occasionally dabbled in the stock market, and got fairly serious about learning, especially after unsuccessful beginnings (eventually -$$$$), using methods that, quite frankly, weren't right for my personality type (binary trading, with a 5-minute expiry).

Even so, I knew deep down it was going to end up cashed-out as tuition in my financial education.
Know what you're doing, before the market beats you up!

But I love sales, and participating in the stock market did nothing but quantify my love for sales by 1000%, so I took my lumps like a gangsta and pressed on, resolving to close my gap in understanding what the wealthy do about this wild beast of an industry, and to (as usual) share my findings with my/our loyal audience.
You gotta feel it right here!

Herein this video playlist are insights from trading professionals, and investors like Ricky Gutierrez (Techbuds Solutions), Adam Khoo, Warren Buffet, Clay Trader, Patrick Wieland, Timothy Sykes, and many more, explaining the essentials of the stock market, the different methods of trading and investing, how to make money no matter which way the market is going, and how to stretch one's current rate of the bank's 0-3% growth, to the brokerage firm's initial 6% growth, to up to 20% growth through trading and investing.
Bulls are buyers, and bears are sellers.

As always, just hit play, and use the in-screen options to toggle through the playlist, play full-screen, from Youtube, or cast it onto your smart TVs, and binge-watch away!
